Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional courier collection; for smaller decor, simply drop off your package at any authorized shipping point using our prepaid label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
